Dr. Asun Valiente (University West) and Dr. Zhuyao Zhang (Metrode Products Ltd) are the authors of a paper evaluating the arc furnace remelting procedures in welding metallurgy. In march this paper was presented to the intermediate meeting of Sub-Commission II-C (Testing and Measurement of Weld Metal) at Graz University of Technology, and in September it has been presented to the Commission II during the Annual Assembly of the IIW (International Institute of Welding) in Essen (Germany).
